How quickly is this process once the deposit is paid? Your transport is on your schedule. You tell us what day and time works best for you, and we happily accommodate.
Are there any important things people need to know or do before, during, or after their pet's journey with you?
At SPC, we take pet safety very seriously. Your responsibility as pet owner is to inform us of any possible hiccups along the way. If your fur baby has high anxiety, cardiac conditions, aggression, or car-sickness, we need to know. High anxiety or car sickness can be treated by our vet at Nashville Road Animal Hospital prior to transport to ensure your pets safety.
What kind of information would help someone feel really good and trusting about choosing you to transport their beloved pet?
Our vehicle is a standard hatchback, not a caged truck or van. Your fur baby is treated like a loved one during transport, not a statistic in a cage.
What types of animals do you transport?
We transport most small domestic animals from cats and dogs, to ferrets or hamsters! We can even transport certain mini/micro livestock. Contact us with details about your pet for specific arrangements.
